We work really hard to produce videos for AFGARA and if you are going to or are thinking of copying our working and publishing it as your own to earn money from it or build your social accounts, you aren’t thinking right. We pay good money and spend hours to make these videos and if you think it is okay to download and publish as your own, Afgara’s team will come after you. 

How can I upload AFGARA’s videos?

We are happy to work with you and let you use our work but you need permission from our team first, we offer a few different licenses. If you are interested in publishing our work, please contact us for more information.

If we find our work in other social media platforms we will claim our work immediately. However, we will not claim our videos if you put the original videos link in the description of the social platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
